Take trip back in time with nostalgic Huntingdonshire book

BUDDING historians will be able to see how time has changed Yaxley high street since the 19th century in a new book.
Huntindonshire Through Time compares sights from all over the area, from the 1800s through to the modern day.
Alan Akeroyd, who is temporary acting archive manager for Cambridgeshire County Council archives, put together the book over the last year.
He said: “We got old photos and then printed them against a new one.
“It is very interesting to see how much things have changed and, in some cases, how little.
